@dlakelan oh man, I feel that. The web was pretty fully-formed when I first got online in 94, but I do miss those days.

I often miss the internet of my undergrad years, when my crappy hand-written personal web page with it's MS-Paint drawn graphics was part of a web ring, and I spent most of my online time on a student BBS running on DOS...

(this entire post makes me feel positively geriatric)
