Jetzt wollte ich gerade einen Beitrag in meinem alten Profil auf disroot suchen, da erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung, als sei die Instanz komplett deinstalliert O_O

Update auf den Disroot-Seiten:
"Major hardware failure on storage server!
Due to major hardware failure on our storage server, some of the services are currently offline. We are in the process of rebuilding, which will take quite some time. Until then:

  1. Email - Access to mailboxes is not possible, we have setup temporary storage to provide access to incoming emails for the time being
  2. Nextcloud - Files feature has been disabled until the issue is solved, calendars, contacts, chat etc works as normal
  3. Cryptpad, PrivateBin, Lufi, Forgejo - are disabled until the storage issue is resolved.

We are really sorry for this situation and we will do our best to solve it as soon as possible.

Unfortunate how this happened just as I was becoming familiar with setting up my Disroot account. Good luck to them, hope this can't happen again. Failover systems would be additional cost I guess.

Thanks for the updates!

Hardware failure sucks, but I was afraid it was something worse. Now I will worry the correct amount.

I'll be looking for the details in the transparency report, and see if we can scrape a little more donation out of the poorbucks barrel.

Thanks for being such a great FLOSS server.
