We're trying umap.openstreetmap.de on this trip, which allows you to put POIs (points of interest) on maps collaboratively! It works, it's pretty cool, but it's kinda finicky, and only available if you're online.

So I think there must be a better solution. Has someone seen OSM apps that allow you to sync POIs between multiple people?
