@littlefedi_official: “littleFedi is a small ActivityPub server written in Go. It ships as a single static executable with a server-rendered web interface, a Mastodon-compatible client API, a durable federation queue, moderation tools, and optional PostgreSQL and S3 support. No runtime to install, no services to wire together.”

@rauschma @littlefedi_official how does it compare to @gotosocial? I have just the headline thing (single binary, I run my instance on sqlite, fire and forget practically). Granted, I don't have built-in client, but I preferred pinafore (built and then deployed as a static site) even while I was at a mastodon instance. So, some downside, but still fully feasible.
@zlatko@social.zlatko.dev @rauschma@fosstodon.org they're just different. littleFedi has a frontend (web interface) and PWA, it allows to create a blog, etc.
