I can't speak for them of course, but I wouldn't discount #1 - I mean in Europe not everybody follows what is happening in Brasil or Argentina, or in the US for that matter.
I mean let's be real and honest: how many of you can name the latest Luxembourg political scandal or give the name of our prime minister ?
