Then Europe is the new Mistress.

How do you know when your spouse is having an affair ?

They act funny.

How do you know your spouse is 'still' having an affair?

They act normal after you asked them if they were [are] having an affair.

Lately,

Canada has been acting very very normal.

@himysyed European Central Bank research conference Day 2 livestream

Was worth delaying my morning routine to listen to Paul Krugman's lecture plus Q&A.

Canada's current situationship with the U.S. Administration ended up as bookend examples at the beginning and near the conclusion of his talk.

I'm already familiar with Krugman's perspectives via his daily writings,

But this talk allowed a prioritization of what is more deserving of attention by everyday people.

@himysyed SO Much of what was just presented and discussed during Session 2

Critical Dependencies, Industrial Policy, and Geoeconomic Power

Directly applies to Canada in real time today and not simply theory or guesses about what we can do during this "Trade War".
