Here's a formula for an interesting Mastodon post:
1. Make a list
2. Have a few normal, commonsense suggestions
3. Something something sink into moss and haunt the bog
4. One more normal bullet point
1. Make a list.
2. Check it twice.
3. Create a global panopticon to monitor the behavior of every human being on the planet at all times.
4. Find out who's naughty and nice.

Likes to wear red, has pointy-eared underlings, essentially omniscient, punish the wicked with coal... Is Santa Satan?
How else do you think he sees you when you're sleeping and knows when you're awake? It's actually very sinister when you think about it.
