no bubble option in phanpy.social

screen shots for helping troubleshoot things here, the one where phanpy.social's interface doesn't have a local posting option is I think phanpy problem since I don't have that option on my normal account (which is on a glitch server with local only posting as an option)

@stefano this thread I started last night

@srlevine that last error the problem wasn't missing text it looks like a problem if I try to reply to an unlisted post with a post marked "local", not sure about "local unlisted" or any of the other options (unlisted replying to unlisted worked fine)

@srlevine @stefano One of the biggest UI problems is that on the standard feed the compose area takes up a huge chunk of real estate if you have a horizontal tablet layout, but there is a lot of space on the sides. And once you scroll down to see more of the feed there is no way that I'm easily seeing to go straight to the compose field without scrolling all the way back to the top.

Ideally I want to see the compose at the same time as my feed so that I can do stuff like monsterdon where I watch lots of posts go by and comment myself without scrolling back and forth. But that might be a pretty specific use case and for that particular thing it might make more sense for me to just use a different web UI.
