Since some days I notice that the number of notifications as "new" does not correlate to the real new notifications.
E.g. just a moment ago, the red bubble showed "7", but when I clicked on notifications, there were only 2 really "new", all other already "Marked as read".

@fasnix there are probably older notifications (down in the list) still unread. One of the last builds changed. In the past, as soon as you clicked "show older", they were all marked as read. Now they don't so there's probably something left over in the past notifications. Click "Mark all as read" and they should vanish.
