The self-destruct option in #littleFedi works like a charm. This is perfect for those messages that you don't care about. After all, cleaning out old posts is a great way to reduce storage needs.
@mboelen that's the point. I've always used the "delete posts after x days" in Mastodon and snac, but sometimes you want to remove a post earlier/after a specific event. So that's why we introduced it.

@stefano Yup. I tested out the post pruning settings as well, but saw this service instance has no default value. So it's great that users can set both a default post pruning strategy and override it for individual posts 👍
