@greylinux@gts.capella-ember.uk Creating a Docker container will be simple, and I wouldn't rule out the team creating and maintaining one.
Am working on a FAQ page for xmpp.nz with thanks to the new sign ups questions. Making stuff concise is hard 🤔
@chadmccullough@bsd.cafe yah 100%, anyone still surprised about... well, anything, has been willingly ignorant.
First thing I do in the morning is to check the local feed, before switching to my home feed.
Sometimes I even check the federated feed, while it's still "readable" 😄
trying to install #netbsd to tierhive nat vps, but I can't boot to installer even using boot-com.iso
I remember first learning about the Battle of Blair Mountain—long after finishing school, of course, because the incredible history of the U.S. labor movement in the early 20th century isn't taught in our public schools—and wondering how there wasn't at least one decent movie about this particular episode in U.S. history. It's years later, and as far as I know there still isn't one. Can't say I'm surprised 😒
Matewan is worth a watch, if you haven't seen it 👀
While not great and not about the Battle of Blair Mountain specifically, it's a decent film about the Battle of Matewan, a precursor to the Battle of Blair Mountain.

The Marsh Family is awesome!
They write their parodies on well-known melodies, create their own (serious) songs and do charity work with it.
Such humble human beings - I really love them and their music!
Go check their other songs :)
@stefano by clicking on "redraft" I get the question "Delete this post and start a new draft from its text?" - but no matter what I click (even cancel) I always land at the edit place. (Where I can cancel, too.)

Thanks to you and the whole team that prefers to stay in the background.
Much love to all, who are so strongly commited to create such a beautiful platform called littlefedi 🤗

There was once on Mastodon a discussion of blind people around @ altbot and how they don't like "AI" generated Alt-text... Since then I try to do them by myself.

See me surprised! (not) 🙄

@Nux@fosstodon.org I've implemented it on MastoBlaster, using on device Apple Intelligence, but the result is...terrible, at least for now.
In general, I'd avoid to depend on external services for this: you need to use APIs, etc.
Thank you for the suggestion!
