@ferrebam yes, the PWA needs some improvements. At times, the lower bar "moves", etc.
It's in the task list.
#LittleFedi works great with the Fedilab client but I miss the native web interface, which is great.
The other alternative is to use pwa but, sometimes, it is a bit jerky, it may be due to using fennec (Android) as a web rendering engine.
@fasnix @shom @pluvialgeist some of the things will be enabled as soon as enough bugs have been ironed out from the currently deployed code. Others are half implemented. The good news is that they’re already there so they’re being tested even if not exposed.

I guess I'm not the only one, who waits excitedly about what else is already implemented and will get activated durin/ the coming days and weeks, or is still on the roadmap!

Somewhere in the www is a fedi-client called "brutaldon"(or similar), which I kind of liked, but not enough to make it my preferred client.
@fasnix there was a plan to implement it. One of the devs drafted a "brutalism" theme but was looking bad and wasn't working as expected. So it's been, at least for now, archived.

Phanpy is great, but littleFedi won't become a copy of Phanpy.

While I love phanpy, the question (to me) is:
Should littlefedi become kind of a "copy" of phanpy?
Imo no, it shouldn't (and surely won't).
Even if phanpy does a lot of things quite nicely and ux/ui-wise very cleverly, what distinguishes littlefedi in the functionality it offers from phanpy or other fedi-software in the long run?
What I'd love to see for littlefdi:
a "neobrutalism"-theme.
However, I suspect, I'd be the only one using it, right? 😂
@fasnix some of us live regularly on a small boat, so we know how efficiently you can organize space when you really put your mind to it 😄
The local IKEA had something similar a while ago - they made a 34m² area and put a whole studio in it. Same system - bed upstairs, etc. 7m² is nice, but definitely too small for 2 people. Can you imagine spending the next covid lockdown in there ? 😏

Also the dev actively encourages other clients and platforms to use the UI/UX concepts from Phanpy. Boost carousel and the way notification grouping is handled truly elevates my whole fedi experience!
